    These Terms &amp; Conditions (“<strong>Terms</strong>”) govern your access to and use of the Bzmarr mobile app,
    website, and related services (collectively, the “<strong>Services</strong>”). By creating an account, browsing,
    or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
  </p>

  <h2>1) Definitions</h2>
  <ul>
    <li><strong>“Bzmarr,” “we,” “us,” “our”:</strong> The operator of the Services.</li>
    <li><strong>“User,” “you”:</strong> Any person or entity using the Services.</li>
    <li><strong>“Buyer”:</strong> A user who purchases or requests goods/services.</li>
    <li><strong>“Seller/Vendor”:</strong> A user who lists or sells goods/services.</li>
    <li><strong>“Tender”:</strong> A request for quotation, bid, proposal, or procurement process run through the Services.</li>
    <li><strong>“Content”:</strong> Listings, images, reviews, messages, documents, and any material submitted to the Services.</li>
  </ul>

  <h2>2) Marketplace Role and Relationship Between Users</h2>
  <ol>
    <li>
      Bzmarr is a platform/venue that helps Buyers and Sellers connect. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific
      transaction, Bzmarr is not the seller, importer, manufacturer, agent, or insurer for third-party items/services
      listed on the platform.
    </li>
    <li>
      Contracts formed through the Services are primarily between Buyer and Seller (and/or tender participants),
      subject to these Terms and any additional policies shown during checkout/tender.
    </li>
  </ol>

  <h2>3) Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct</h2>
  <p>You agree not to:</p>
  <ul>
    <li>Violate any law or regulation in any country where you use the Services.</li>
    <li>Post illegal, misleading, fraudulent, or infringing content.</li>
    <li>Attempt to hack, disrupt, scrape without permission, or introduce malware.</li>
    <li>
      Circumvent platform rules, including off-platform transaction solicitation meant to avoid fees, protections, or enforcement.
    </li>
    <li>Manipulate reviews/ratings (fake reviews, coercion, impersonation).</li>
    <li>Upload content that violates intellectual property rights.</li>
  </ul>
  <p>
    We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for violations, and may remove listings/content or limit features to protect
    users and the platform.
  </p>

  <h2>4) Listings, Pricing, and Product/Service Information (Sellers)</h2>
  <ul>
    <li>Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, images, specifications, availability, lead times, and pricing.</li>
    <li>
      Sellers are responsible for the legality, safety, quality, warranties (if any), labeling, and compliance of their goods/services.
    </li>
    <li>We may remove or limit visibility of listings that violate policies or present risk.</li>
  </ul>

  <h2>5) Orders, Payments, Fees, and Taxes</h2>
  <ul>
    <li>
      <strong>Payments:</strong> Payment methods, currency, settlement schedules, and any verification/holds may be displayed
      in-app during checkout or in vendor dashboards.
    </li>
    <li><strong>Fees:</strong> Bzmarr may charge platform/service/payment processing/tender-related fees as disclosed in-app.</li>
    <li>
      <strong>Taxes &amp; Duties:</strong> Users are responsible for any taxes, customs, duties, or withholding obligations unless stated otherwise.
    </li>
    <li>
      <strong>Risk Controls:</strong> We may withhold, delay, adjust, or reverse payouts where required for compliance, chargebacks,
      suspected fraud, policy enforcement, or dispute handling.
    </li>
  </ul>

  <h2>6) Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss</h2>
  <ul>
    <li>Shipping/delivery terms (cost, ETA, responsibility) vary by Seller and order type and will be shown during checkout.</li>
    <li>Unless otherwise stated, Sellers are responsible for fulfillment and delivery performance.</li>
    <li>Proof of delivery and verification may be required for dispute resolution.</li>
  </ul>

  <h2>Refund Policy (Bzmarr)</h2>
  <p>This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for orders made through Bzmarr.</p>

  <h3>A) General Rules</h3>
  <p>Refund eligibility depends on:</p>
  <ul>
    <li>the item/service category,</li>
    <li>order status (e.g., not shipped / shipped / delivered / completed),</li>
    <li>the Seller’s return/refund rules shown in-app,</li>
    <li>and applicable consumer laws in the Buyer’s country.</li>
  </ul>
  <p>Bzmarr may provide tools to request refunds, upload evidence, and communicate with the Seller.</p>

  <h3>B) Refund Request Process</h3>
  <ul>
    <li>The Buyer must submit a refund request through the app within the time window shown for the order (if displayed).</li>
    <li>The Buyer may be asked to provide details such as:</li>
  </ul>
  <ul>
    <li>reason for refund,</li>
    <li>photos/videos or documents (if relevant),</li>
    <li>and any delivery-related evidence.</li>
  </ul>
  <p>Sellers may respond by verifying the arrival of the item(s).</p>

  <h3>C) Refund Outcomes</h3>
  <p>Refunds may include:</p>
  <ul>
    <li>Full refund (where applicable),</li>
    <li>Partial refund (e.g., missing items, partial damage),</li>
    <li>Rejection (if conditions are not met or evidence is insufficient).</li>
  </ul>

  <h3>D) Non-Refundable Cases (Typical Examples)</h3>
  <p>Unless required by law, refunds may be denied for:</p>
  <ul>
    <li>clearly disclosed non-returnable items,</li>
    <li>used/altered/damaged items after delivery (not due to shipping),</li>
    <li>orders outside the refund window (if shown),</li>
    <li>services already delivered/performed,</li>
    <li>
      issues caused by incorrect Buyer-provided details (address, phone, etc.), when the Seller followed the provided instructions.
    </li>
  </ul>

  <h3>E) Refund Timing</h3>
  <p>
    If approved, refund timing depends on the payment method and processing partners. Some refunds may take additional time due
    to banking or payment provider policies.
  </p>

  <h3>F) Disputes</h3>
  <p>
    If Buyer and Seller cannot resolve a refund request, Bzmarr may offer escalation tools and may make a platform decision based
    on the available evidence and policy, where legally permitted.
  </p>

  <h2>Cancellation Policy (Bzmarr)</h2>
  <p>This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations are handled.</p>

  <h3>A) Buyer Cancellations</h3>
  <ul>
    <li>
      Buyers may request cancellation only if the order has not reached a non-cancellable stage (e.g., already shipped, already processed,
      or service already started), as shown in-app.
    </li>
    <li>If cancellation is accepted, any eligible refund will follow the Refund Policy.</li>
  </ul>

  <h3>B) Seller Cancellations</h3>
  <p>Sellers may cancel orders in limited cases, such as:</p>
  <ul>
    <li>out-of-stock/unavailable items,</li>
    <li>pricing/technical errors,</li>
    <li>inability to deliver to the provided location,</li>
    <li>suspected fraud or policy violations.</li>
  </ul>
  <p>When a Seller cancels, the Buyer may receive a full refund where applicable.</p>

  <h3>C) Tender Cancellations</h3>
  <ul>
    <li>Tender issuers may cancel tenders according to the rules shown in the tender details.</li>
    <li>Bzmarr may remove/cancel tenders that violate policies, laws, or create platform risk.</li>
  </ul>

  <h3>D) Cancellation Fees</h3>
  <p>
    If cancellation fees apply (e.g., late cancellation or already started service), they must be disclosed in-app before confirmation,
    where applicable.
  </p>

  <h2>7) Tendering and Bidding Terms (Procurement / RFQ)</h2>
  <p>If you use tender features:</p>
  <ul>
    <li><strong>Tender Accuracy:</strong> Issuers must provide accurate scope/specifications/requirements/timelines and any required documents.</li>
    <li><strong>Bid Good Faith:</strong> Vendors must submit accurate pricing, assumptions, and validity periods.</li>
    <li><strong>No Manipulation:</strong> Collusion, fake competition, and manipulation of tender outcomes are prohibited.</li>
    <li><strong>Award &amp; Formation:</strong> Issuers are not obligated to accept the lowest bid unless stated. Award may require additional verification or contracting steps.</li>
    <li><strong>Confidentiality:</strong> Tender documents and bids must not be disclosed except as legally required.</li>
    <li><strong>Platform Enforcement:</strong> Bzmarr may remove tenders or restrict access for policy or legal reasons.</li>
  </ul>

  <h2>8) User Content, Reviews, and License</h2>
  <ul>
    <li>
      You retain ownership of your Content, but you grant Bzmarr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, display,
      reproduce, and distribute Content for operating and improving the Services.
    </li>
    <li>You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to your Content.</li>
  </ul>

  <h2>9) Intellectual Property and Infringement Complaints</h2>
  <ul>
    <li>Bzmarr respects intellectual property rights and may remove or restrict Content upon valid complaints.</li>
    <li>If you believe Content infringes your rights, contact us with sufficient details to review and respond.</li>
  </ul>

  <h2>10) Safety, Compliance, and Verification</h2>
  <p>
    We may require identity, business, or document verification for certain features (selling, payouts, high-value orders, tenders).
    You agree to provide truthful information and authorize checks where permitted by law.
  </p>

  <h2>11) Third-Party Services and Links</h2>
  <p>
    The Services may integrate third-party tools (payments, maps, messaging). We do not control third-party services and are not
    responsible for their performance or terms.
  </p>

  <h2>12) Service Availability; “As Is” Disclaimer</h2>
  <p>
    The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. To the
    fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  </p>

  <h2>13) Limitation of Liability</h2>
  <p>To the fullest extent permitted by law:</p>
  <ul>
    <li>Bzmarr will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/data.</li>
    <li>
      Bzmarr is not liable for disputes between users, listing accuracy, product quality, delivery failures, or tender outcomes,
      except where required by law.
    </li>
  </ul>

  <h2>14) Suspension and Termination</h2>
  <p>
    We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or used the Services unlawfully.
    You may stop using the Services at any time.
  </p>

  <h2>15) Changes to These Terms</h2>
  <p>
    We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, law, or business practices. We will post the updated Terms and update
    the “Last Updated” date. Continued use after the update means you accept the revised Terms.
  </p>

  <h2>16) Miscellaneous</h2>
  <ul>
    <li><strong>Severability:</strong> If one part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.</li>
    <li><strong>Assignment:</strong> You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign as part of a merger/sale.</li>
    <li><strong>Entire Agreement:</strong> These Terms + referenced policies form the entire agreement.</li>
